We’re looking for a Gameplay/Systems Designer/Engineer to help bring Foundry’s mechanics to life. If you thrive at the intersection of design and engineering—crafting new systems while ensuring they’re performant and fun—you’ll be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, prototype, and implement gameplay features and systems for Foundry.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and engineers to translate concepts into polished gameplay experiences.
  • Balance technical implementation with player-facing design goals.
  • Contribute to core systems that drive automation, production chains, and player progression.
  • Take ownership of features from concept through implementation to live deployment.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional C++ development experience.
  • 3+ years of Unity experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping at least one commercial game.
  • Strong grasp of gameplay and systems design principles.
